09 Data Retention

12 Children & Minors

The 888ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 888ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

If 888ph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered an account with 888ph, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15 so that we can take appropriate action.

13 International Data Transfers

888ph's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines.
