Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 888ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 888ph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus winnings, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Restriction: 888ph enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 888ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, 888ph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
888ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player has violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a Player has self-excluded; or (e) required by PAGCOR or any competent authority. Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting 888ph support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 888ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
888ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 888ph reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance purposes. Deposits are generally credited to your 888ph account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 888ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days. 888ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
Players must not fund their 888ph accounts using funds obtained through illegal means. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on the 888ph platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 888ph are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

888ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 888ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.
